Sim installed and signal excellent

GPS signal good

APN for operator added leaving username and password empty per their instructions.

Added IMEI on the GOSWOX server to track, it's offline. Can't figure this out. Appreciate any help

Thank you for your question,

Are the correct settings for IP and Port used in the GPRS settings of the device?

Is the Records Saving/Sending configured - After GPS fix? "GPS Signal is good", how many of the satellites are available, are you sure that device acquired GPS fix?

Are you able to see that device is connected to GPRS in the status window, can you see if any records are sent from the device?

Please also provide us the screenshot of your Data acquisition settings/ Status Window
