How can I send commands to my e-scooter via UART? Like wheel blocking, speed decreasing, switching on/off lights, etc.

There are no UART commands at Wiki base. So I can use CAN commands having TFT100 UART modification. Am I right?

Q. №2: How can I send raw binary data via uart interface?

Q. №3: Can I write and run own scenarios? For example: lock scooter and turn on horn when it fell.
