How can I activate GPRS? The SIM ist active and works fine in cellphone...

Hello !

The device does not connect to the operator, which means that the device does not see the SIM card.

I recommend updating the firmware to the latest: https://wiki.teltonika-mobility.com/view/TMT250_Stable_firmware

Set the operator's APN in the GPRS tab: https://wiki.teltonika-mobility.com/view/TMT250_GPRS_settings

Test with another SIM card that other trackers work with accurately.

If the problem persists, please contact your sales manager or VIP Helpdesk support.
