16484: TMT250 beacon list not showing up on configurator

I'm trying to follow the tutorial on how to setup the bluetooth gateway mode on my TMT250. For instance here:

I followed all the steps, and at the end after saving to the device, there is an extra tab that should appear on the status page, with the beacon list. And for me nothing is showing up, even after waiting a couple of minutes.

version of TMT250 firmware: 55.00.21

but somehow it fail

Hello

First, update the firmware version of the device.

Use the configurator and firmware version from our knowledge base: https://wiki.teltonika-mobility.com/view/TMT250_Stable_firmware

If this does not help, then you need to create a request in the Helpdesk system or contact your sales manager.
