Hello!

At the moment TST100 designed to full work with:

Segway Ninebot ES4

Segway MAX

Xiaomi M365

Fitrider e-scooters.

All new scooters by Segway MAX (G30, G30P, G30LP, G30E and etc) come with encrypted internal firmwares.

DO NOT USE OFFICIAL APP FROM NINEBOT AND DO NOT MAKE UPDATES VIA OFFICIAL APP

For using these scooters as rental scooters, you need to perform an unlocking procedure.

Contact your sales manager or helpdesk system for instructions on integrating our TST100 device with your scooter.

Also send the answer to the following questions to the manager or in the helpdesk request:

Have you used official Ninebot application to update the scooter before connecting TST100 device;

If the device is already connected to the scooter and is able to read scooter related data in E-Scooter I/O panel:

Check Instrument Panel I/O parameter. If the value 1.1.7 or newer is read, you have to follow the instructions to downgrade the 1.1.7 (or newer) version to lower, in order for TST100 to be able to update the firmwares of the scooter and fix the issue on it's own.

Regards, Valery
