since yesterday I have 3 scooters from my sharing fleet with error 32

Hello,

The error 32 means that there is no communication between the IoT device and the scooter.

Most commonly this error comes up due to these issues:

  • Wrong protocol selected for the scooter.
  • The devices are connected incorrectly.
  • There is an FW version mismatch.
As you mention that this occurred only recently, I would recommend checking whether all of the FW versions are matching properly.
