Hi,

We have gps TMT250 that send nmea string on server via UDP port 40201

we need realtime in UDP port bad file in ssd archive for example, or old string, in ftp or into txt file..

How we can do it?

Also.. if we use another GPS, in my server, in UDP port I receive gprs stream like this:

$GPGGA,175514,3803.7741,N,02359.7361,E,1,04,5.6,1997.6,M,34.5,M,,*77

$GPRMC,175514,A,3803.7741,N,02359.7361,E,,,280222,5,E,A*08

$GPGSV,8,1,32,01,82,190,47,02,69,201,37,03,36,300,06,04,02,301,00*7C

$GPGSV,8,2,32,05,15,162,-16,06,08,136,-22,07,73,257,41,08,88,131,51*72

And is all ok...

But in UDP port, my TMT250 give me this:

received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

Hello,

Our devices provide records in codec8 and codec8E protocols. Therefore, the device converts NMEA messages to the codec protocol.

More information about codec8 and codec8E protocols you can find in here: https://wiki.teltonika-mobility.com/view/Teltonika_data_sending/receiving_protocols#Codec_for_device_data_sending

However, you are able to set up your server which could parse data received from the Teltonika Mobility devices.

And is possible to configure device to send nmea string?

or There is software that translate codec8 in NMEA string and send it to tcp port?

Thanks

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not have any converter from codec8 to NMEA. You are only able to monitor NMEA in the terminal.

Terminal can be downloaded from the link below:

https://wiki.teltonika-mobility.com/view/How_to_capture_log_and_dump_files#Log_capturing_using_terminal

In the empty field in the bottom enter the .log:0 and .log_nmea:1 commands. These commands will turn off prints and leave only NMEA logs on the terminal.

Best regards,
