Hello,

I don't know what is the problem I didn't update my TMT250 device since today from 2019 and it all worked good, now with the latest firmware I can receive 0 for fall down off and 1 for fall down on, the problem is with the sos alarm because I receive just the "1" parameter.

What can be the problem?

Thank you for the question.

Could you share more details like what the exact configuration and in case you are acquiring 1 on data then it might be due to "generate event" settings as it should be "on both" to get both sided events.

and also please do mention firmware and configurator you are currently operating with device.

I can’t set the alarm function to be on both, please help me.

I am using last firmware and last configuration on TMT250. I can only set to generate event on alarm

Hello 

I mistakenly got your concern as "mandown feature"  , In Alarm functionality this feature doesn't have "Generate event" settings and the event can only be triggered by the configured button and when you press the button a high priority one time event sends on AVL 236 with "1" , getting 0 is not attainable with this functionality

Which version you were using before ? maybe it was possible somehow in old firmware but now it's not

see if you are using "Alarm" then its clearly be seen in AVL 236 id that 0 value is reserved and you will only get value 1 when alarm is been triggered
