We recived newsletter TMT250 would be automatically updated at 30-11-2020
but our devices still on the old firmware

Can you provide IMEI number of the devices which wasn't updated? We will try to update them via FOTA.

Hello, 

We have assigned a new firmware update for the devices you mentioned. 
359633103072224 - already updated to the newest firmware. 

You can just wait until device automatically connects to FOTA web or you can force the connection by sending SMS command web_connect.
